Leo Leo offers nationwide and international tracked shipping on all orders.

Orders shipped within New Zealand have a flat rate charge of $5. Please allow 1 working day for delivery in the North Island and 1-2 working days in the South Island. Your order will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your confirmation email - we have a small team so please be patient.

Please note there may be a delay of 1-2 working days when an order is placed on a public holiday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order may be subject to import taxes/duties and clearance fees upon arrival into the destination country. You are liable for any international import duties, customs & local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Australia from $35 DHL Express 2 - 5 working days
Asia / Pacific from $45 DHL Express 2 - 7 working days
USA from $45 DHL Express 2 - 7 working days
UK from $45 DHL Express 2 - 7 working days

If the delivery fee is over the projected courier cost, you will be required to pay the estimated difference amount quoted by DHL Express. This is applicable to rural deliveries in international countries.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

All shipping times are valid from receiving your confirmation email.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Any item purchased through Leo Leo’s online store is eligible for exchange or refund if returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Items returned after this period will not be accepted. Goods must be returned in original condition including packaging and tags. All sale/ discounted products are not eligible for return/exchange unless faulty.

Return/exchange shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, you will need to pay before we can process the exchange. Leo Leo is not responsible for any packages we do not ship ourselves.

If an order is incorrect or faulty, please email contact@leoleo.co.nz within 14 days of purchase identifying the issue and we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the item.
